We are living longer than ever before, so we need to ensure we are ageing well.
Healthy Active Living Program
AAL is a European programme funding innovation that keeps us connected, healthy, active and happy into our old age.
We support the development of products and services that make a real difference to people’s lives – for those facing some of the challenges of ageing and for those who care for older people if they need help.
The Healthy Living Network has partnered with 24 Hour Home Care, the industry’s leading home care provider, to bring high quality in-home caregiving to the communities of San Francisco, Modesto, Sacramento, and Redding. HEALTHY ACTIVE LIVING AT HOME Staying healthy and active is important for your physical and mental health, it also helps improve focus and concentration. Join some UNB staff members online for ways to stay active at home. Choose a video that works best for you or try them all – just keep moving!! Healthy active living includes eating healthy foods, staying physically active, and getting enough rest. Developing healthy habits starts in early childhood. Eating well and being physically active helps a child continue to grow and learn. Why Is It Important? Follow these safety tips to help you and your family stay healthy when handling raw dough. Living with a Heart Defect Congenital heart defects are present at birth and can affect the structure of a person’s heart and its ability to work properly. The Healthy Active Living program provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children and teens who are overweight. Our multidisciplinary team at the Akron campus cares for patients with more serious weight-related issues. Our team includes a physician, psychologist, certified nurse practitioner, dietitian and exercise physiologist.
